We want you to feel confident in your purchase of Feels Personal. If it is not the right fit for you, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

All refunds are processed by LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record, and returned to your original payment method.

1. 30-Day Refund for Initial Purchases

If you are not satisfied with Feels Personal for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

This applies to your first payment on a new subscription, regardless of which tier you purchased.

2. 14-Day Refund Window for Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. If you are charged for a renewal and did not intend to continue, you may request a refund within 14 days of the renewal charge.

This covers situations where you forgot to cancel before your subscription renewed. After the 14-day window, renewal charges are non-refundable.

3. What Is Not Refundable

We may decline a refund request in cases of clear abuse, including but not limited to:

  • Repeated purchase-and-refund cycles for the same product
  • Continued use of the plugin's licensed features (support, updates, license activation) after receiving a refund

4. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the plugin has a major failure - for example, if it is substantially unfit for its purpose or significantly different from its description - you are entitled to a refund regardless of the time periods stated above.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us at refunds@feelspersonal.io with your license key or LemonSqueezy order number.

We will process your refund through LemonSqueezy within 2 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. What Happens After a Refund

Once your refund is processed:

  • Your license key will be deactivated
  • You will lose access to support, updates, and license activation
